There are plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. nearby; it's a central location. The guest house itself is very nice, clean, a cosy and friendly place where you will feel comfortable very quickly. All the people who stay there (foreigners or Brazilians) are good and cool people; you will never meet some weird person. The owners are also very friendly and hospitable, they speak excellent English, they can give you any kind of information about Rio and they are willing to help you with any kind of problem you might have. In general it's a perfect, low budget opportunity to meet Rio, a place where very quickly you will fit in! Highly recommended!!”
